We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Virtual Data Entry Typist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting data from various sources into our digital systems with accuracy and efficiency. This is a fully remote, part-time or full-time position that offers flexible hours, making it ideal for individuals looking for easy, consistent work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately from source documents into company databases or spreadsheets

• Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies

• Maintain data confidentiality and comply with company policies

• Organize and manage files digitally

• Perform routine data verification and cleanup tasks

• Communicate with team members via email or chat for task updates

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with typing and data entry software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)

• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with good accuracy

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• No previous experience required (training provided)
