**Job Title: Warehouse Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager who is passionate about warehouse operations. This full-time, permanent onsite role is responsible for overseeing the shipping and receiving of a high volume of merchandise, as well as the delivery and installation of a wide range of office furniture products. You will achieve your objectives by managing a team of employees, warehouse equipment, and the delivery fleet, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. **Responsibilities** + Oversee the shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate handling of merchandise. + Manage the delivery and installation of office furniture products. + Lead a team of warehouse employees, promoting efficiency and safety. + Ensure the effective use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and the delivery fleet. + Implement and monitor inventory control procedures. + Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in warehouse inventory management and operations. + Strong supervision and team management skills. + Expertise in health and safety regulations. + Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. + Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including 2-3 years in a managerial role. + Proven track record in managing end-to-end warehouse operations and achieving KPIs. + Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), material handling equipment, and logistics best practices. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Excellent leadership skills to motivate teams and drive operational excellence. + Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and interpret data for improvements. + Exceptional organizational and communication skills for cross-functional interaction. + Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance; experience with ISO, OSHA, or other standards is a plus. + Adaptability in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan, dental and health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
