**Job Title: Warehouse Manager**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager who is passionate about warehouse operations. This full-time, permanent onsite role is responsible for overseeing the shipping and receiving of a high volume of merchandise, as well as the delivery and installation of a wide range of office furniture products. You will achieve your objectives by managing a team of employees, warehouse equipment, and the delivery fleet, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee the shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate handling of merchandise.
+ Manage the delivery and installation of office furniture products.
+ Lead a team of warehouse employees, promoting efficiency and safety.
+ Ensure the effective use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and the delivery fleet.
+ Implement and monitor inventory control procedures.
+ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in warehouse inventory management and operations.
+ Strong supervision and team management skills.
+ Expertise in health and safety regulations.
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including 2-3 years in a managerial role.
+ Proven track record in managing end-to-end warehouse operations and achieving KPIs.
+ Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), material handling equipment, and logistics best practices.

+ Excellent leadership skills to motivate teams and drive operational excellence.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and interpret data for improvements.
+ Exceptional organizational and communication skills for cross-functional interaction.
+ Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance; experience with ISO, OSHA, or other standards is a plus.
+ Adaptability in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.

**Work Environment**
Located in Aberdeen, MD, the work schedule is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, providing a structured and consistent workweek.

This is a Permanent position based out of Aberdeen, MD.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
