As a Heavy Equipment Operator for the upcoming winter season, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient snow removal at commercial sites. Operators are assigned to sites within a 15-30 minute commute, making work convenient and accessible. Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment, specifically skid steers or loaders, to remove snow from assigned commercial properties according to site maps and instructions.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
• Be available for all winter snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by weather conditions.
• Arrive on time and prepared for each shift, ready to work extended hours during severe weather events.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations during snow events.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment, specifically skid steers or loaders.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to varying work hours based on weather conditions.
