Shift Leader: Golf Cart Attendant.

Days: Monday-Sunday | Morning/ Afternoon & Weekend Availability Required.

About the Job:

The Club at 12 Oaks is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Golf Cart Shift Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to our members & guests, assist in golf shop operations, and support our player services. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for golf and a desire to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Experience Required:

Qualifications, Experience, and Skill Requirements:

• Friendly and positive personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to pick up Northstar POS system quickly.
• Dependability and a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of the game of golf is preferred.
• Supervising a team of cart staff during shift.

Position Responsibilities:

• Process customer reservations for members & guests of the golf course.
• Provide customer service to arriving members & guests to expedite the check-in process.
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directed.
• Process green and cart fees, as well as other revenue, and process them in the POS system as trained.
• Issue receipts for member & guest purchases.
• Take messages for staff or guests.
• Assist in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies.
• Assist in the reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges at the end of the day.
• Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• Ensuring Range, Carts and service to the membership is to standard deemed by Director of Golf and Golf Professionals.
• Shift Leader that are responsible for day to day operations amongst cart staff.
• Relaying and being a direct line from Supervisors to Cart Staff.
