This hybrid role is based out of our Portage, MI location. This team is in the office 3 days a week and has the flexibility to work from home the other days. **What you will do** + Analyze competitors and understand their relative strengths and weaknesses + Understand customer groups, needs, preferences, and buying motivations + Provide customer feedback and satisfaction trends to marketing leadership and sales teams + Contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies + Apply core marketing principles (segmentation, targeting, positioning) and basic budget management + Serve as subject matter expert for products/product lines and field technical questions + Support sales training initiatives and ensure compliant promotion of products + Monitor KPIs, use scorecards, and report results to maintain pricing and margin goals **What you need** _Required:_ + Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related discipline + Minimum 2 years work experience + Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) _Preferred:_ + MBA Health benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
