What You'll Need to Have:
Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to coach teams on Agile principles.
Experience managing or leading technical project teams.
Strong background in classic project management (status tracking, planning, documentation) combined with Agile Scrum practices.
Experience in financial services, banking, or mortgage industries is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.
Experience working in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Go-getter attitude and self-motivated mindset.
