Tool and Die Company seeking an Office Assistant. General office duties include distributing incoming mail/faxes, maintain/order office supplies inventory, and miscellaneous data entry and filing. Assist with daily time and attendance processing including adjusting time clock data, reconciling job entries to time entries, and maintaining the time off database. Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable by processing vendor invoices, maintaining purchase order filing systems and processing vendor payments and help with job costing.
Experience: 0-3 years office or related experience
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
