Position Overview

We are seeking experienced R/F Reach Truck Operators to join our team. In this role, you'll operate reach trucks to manage inventory and ensure the timely movement of products throughout the warehouse. If you're certified with experience on the CROWN RM6000 , we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Crown RM6000 reach trucks to safely move products up to 30 feet in the air.
• Accurately receive products and manage them using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Perform palletizing and use RF scanners for inventory tracking and management.
• Ensure products are stocked and stored correctly, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer orders are processed and fulfilled according to company standards.
• Safely transport materials within the warehouse.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in safety and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating reach trucks or forklifts preferred.
• Certification for operating Crown RM6000 or equivalent equipment preferred.
• Experience with WMS and RF Scanners.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working at heights and in cold storage environments.
