The Finance & Strategy team accelerates the growth of our business by implementing new opportunities and solutions. We partner with teams across the company to improve the profitability, scalability, and defensibility of our business model. We’re looking for an Associate to join our Central Ops Finance & Strategy team. The Central Ops team serves as the operational and strategic hub of the broader F&S organization – driving quarterly planning and weekly business reviews, enabling fast decision-making, and supporting every corner of the business.
In this high-impact role, you’ll build a strong foundational framework and deep understanding of the business, and partner across finance to guide financial decisions that shape our strategy. You’ll own and manage our TotalCo consolidated financial model, support weekly and monthly forecasting cadences, and play a key role in business performance management. You’ll also help build the frameworks, tools, and data pipelines that ensure accurate reporting and effective goal setting across the organization.
The ideal candidate is nimble, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats – from analyzing drivers of business performance, to partnering on quarterly planning, to solving data and system challenges. This is a unique opportunity to touch every part of the P&L and gain exposure to senior leadership as a trusted thought partner.

Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
