Profile

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Real Time Analyst for their Client Service Center in Irving, Texas. This role contributes to ensure the reliability and profitability of the Client Services Center operations by analyzing and administering operational performance in the client service center on a real time basis; utilize workforce management systems to ensure optimum productivity and results of the incoming and outbound phone, chat and email volume; contribute to consistently achieving service level goals by efficient head count management.

This role will suit individuals who can thrive in a dynamic and flourishing work environment as well as work autonomously. The ideal candidate has knowledge of Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) technology and experience with forecasting/scheduling software (experience in Calabrio & Genesys is preferred); has experience in spreadsheets with intermediate formula application and database software and a working knowledge of workforce management scheduling software. Given the nature and geographical scope of the Service Center’s clientele, we require that all employees are fully committed to working flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in order to meet the demands of the industry.
