Job Summary:
We are looking for an eager and motivated HVAC Apprentice to join our team and start building a rewarding career in the HVAC industry. The right candidate will have at least 2 years of experience. You’ll get hands-on experience working alongside skilled technicians and learn the ins and outs of HVAC system installations in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians in the installation of HVAC systems.
• Help with system start-ups, testing, and commissioning.
• Interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Ensure installations meet local, state, and federal codes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Keep accurate installation records.
• Provide customer service support under technician supervision.
• Adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC installation or related field.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to interpret technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Comfortable working in various conditions and confined spaces.
• Capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
