Accountabilities

• Build PLG Flywheels to transition from sales-led to product-led growth.
• Implement high-velocity experimentation to enhance product features.
• Work directly with local teams to enable a Product-Led Sales model.
• Focus on key metrics such as Growth, ARR, and Retention to drive decision-making.
• Define the vision and strategy to increase value for users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in product management, preferably in B2B2C or B2B contexts.
• Experience in creating product-led growth structures and transformations.
• Demonstrated ability to launch and grow successful products.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making.
• Ability to manage systems effectively, balancing speed with quality.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams to achieve company goals.
