As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our campaigns—engaging with the public, communicating key messages, and driving support for important initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit and advocacy clients by clearly communicating campaign messages with empathy, passion, and professionalism

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Genuine interest in nonprofit work, advocacy, or social impact campaigns
  

• Friendly, outgoing attitude with a strong sense of purpose
  

• Quick to learn and adapt in dynamic, people-facing environments
  

• No prior experience necessary—comprehensive paid training provided
  

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
