Safety Instructor Pilot to fly along with Promoters/Director of the company

Candidate Profile

Education and Experience

• Valid Commercial Helicopter Pilot License (CPL-H) EASA or FAA on AIRBUS H125
• Flight Instructor Rating (Helicopter)
• Minimum 2000 hours as Pilot-in-Command on helicopters and 500 hours on H125
• Experience in crew supervision, management, and pilot training

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of regulations and safety
• In-depth understanding of aerodynamics, aircraft performance, meteorology, and human factors
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and demanding environment
• Excellent communication, teaching, and leadership skills

Personal Qualities

• High sense of responsibility and professionalism
• Rigorous, autonomous, and team-oriented
• Ability to effectively convey technical knowledge and motivate pilots
• Proactive attitude toward aviation safety at all times
