Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – Finish (typically 2:00–5:30 PM) (some Saturdays required)

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Order Picker / Packer associates to join a distribution center team in Oklahoma City, OK . The Order Picker / Packer will be responsible for accurately packaging merchandise, inspecting products for quality, and ensuring all items are prepared for shipment according to company standards. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately pick and pack merchandise into boxes or containers for shipment.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and packing labels to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect merchandise for damage or quality issues before shipping.
• Use RF scanners or tracking systems to manage inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area .
• Follow all safety policies and operational procedures.
• Meet or exceed established productivity and accuracy goals .
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete daily tasks efficiently.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 1 year warehouse experience (3 years preferred).
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs , and regularly squat, stand, walk, and reach.
• Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with consistent accuracy.
• Teamwork: Works effectively both independently and in a team setting .
• Technical Skills: Basic computer and RF scanner proficiency .
• Flexibility: Willingness to perform multiple warehouse functions as needed.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
