Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor

A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor is needed in Williamsburg, VA.

Williamsburg is a historic city known for its preserved colonial architecture and immersive experiences. As part of the Historic Triangle, it offers visitors a glimpse into the past through reenactments and historical sites.

• The Salary Range for this Position is $95,000 - $120,000

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff – expected 20 hours per week
• Perform administrative duties – 20 hours per week
• Lead and support a team of BCBAs and RBTs
• Ensure clinical quality and compliance across multiple client cases
• Oversee and approve ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments
• Monitor data collection and treatment fidelity
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance evaluations for clinical staff
• Conduct caregiver training and coordinate care across disciplines
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with schools as needed
• Maintain communication with funding sources and ensure timely authorizations

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification required
• Clear and Active BCBA License in the State of Virginia
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in ABA
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and creating treatment plans
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Reliable transportation
