Ross Downing Buick GMC of Gonzales is booming! Used Car Sales Manager Needed! Ross Downing Buick GMC of Gonzales is looking a for used car sales manager/leader immediately. Business is booming and we are growing, so if you are looking for a challenge with HUGE potential we want to talk to you! Ideal candidates would have F&I experience and cross desk experience for both new and used. Candidates must have management experience, strong closing ability, a great attitude and a HIGH ENERGY personality. • Believes in being intimately involved in the sales process for the team and will work towards their success. Manages by showing & doing.
• Develops a culture of accountability in the Sales and Internet Departments.
• Are comfortable closing car deals and getting involved on phone calls as needed to help the team.
• Can train and motivate new employees.
• Looking for a long term fit at a dealership that has been in the community for years.
• Prefer a position where the marketing is handled for you. This position is 100% about creating sales revenue for the department and store.

Qualifications:

• Sales Manager Experience REQUIRED
• Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
• Manage daily activity of the sales staff using CRM
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Develop an effective sales team through training and performance standards
• Ability to stay confident in high stress/high activity times with a positive attitude
• Planning, organizational and recruiting skills to build a high-performance team
• Ability to drive sales and produce results; must be a strong closer
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• Self-motivated with a passion to achieve high standards
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Manage the inventory including possibly ordering and dealer trades
