The Family Office is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate / Senior Associate to support the execution and management of the firm’s private investment strategies. These strategies are primarily focused on leveraged buyouts and minority equity investments, but will also include a variety of other investment types and methods in private companies across a variety of industries. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role across all aspects of the investment process, including deal sourcing, due diligence, execution, and portfolio management.
The Associate / Senior Associate will report directly to the Vice President of the FO and will be in frequent direct contact with the FO principals. The Associate / Senior Associate will be also be responsible for managing a group of analysts. The FO is continuing to grow, providing a great opportunity for someone that likes taking on new challenges, creating new processes and procedures, and prefers a dynamic work environment.

We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $125,000.-$175,000. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
