Job Description A client of Insight Global in the retail/technology industry is seeking Construction Project Managers to support facility/site development for a start up team that is building a new delivery station model in metro cities. This role will involve roughly 75% travel regionally based to oversee the development of the facilities; 3/4 weeks a month Tuesday - Thursday as a typical schedule. These PMs will partner with general contractors, update schedules daily, navigate blockers & escalate as needed to mitigate risk and keep projects on track. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects at one time in different phases of their development lifecycle as this position will entail managing roughly 12 projects at a time. This position requires a high level of organization and communication skills to track project timelines, communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners and help develop SOPs for this group. All travel is reimbursable but will be covered up front on a personal credit card and then reimbursed. A recommend credit card limit to appropriately support the travel is $8-10k.
