We’re looking for a work-from-home appointment setter who is highly experienced, mentally tough, and relentless on the phones . You’ll work independently for just 4 hours a day , but those hours demand intensity, precision, and output .

This is not for the casual dialer. This is for the self-motivated warrior who knows what it takes to win — and shows up ready to dominate.

The Mission:

• Make 150 outbound dials per day — no excuses, no negotiation

• Contact warm homeowner leads from our internal marketing pipeline

• Set quality appointments for our Outside Sales team to run in-home consultations

• Master the script, guide the conversation, and close the appointment

• Track every touchpoint in our CRM with accuracy and speed

• Represent Champion Bath™ with professionalism, conviction, and pride

What You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of phone sales or appointment-setting experience

• Background in supporting in-home sales reps or lead generation is preferred

• A track record of sustained high-output dialing — 300+ daily dials full-time, now scaled to 150 over 4 hours

• The ability to work unsupervised , hit your numbers, and own your outcomes

• A calm, confident, persuasive tone on the phone — your voice is your tool

• High attention to detail, strong CRM habits, and relentless follow-through
