Web Designer Location: This role is hybrid in our Chandler, AZ office ( Tues, Wed, & Thurs.) About the role As a Web Designer , you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, design, and coding of web pages, campaign landing pages, and partner microsites for Insight.com. We will count on you to collaborate cross-functionally to develop and enhance conceptual ideas that effectively communicate our brand, generate leads, and drive demand for Insight’s technology products, solutions, and services. Along the way, you will get to: Be responsible for corporate branding as it relates to the Internet, ensuring that all online marketing materials are accurate and aligned with the corporate brand strategy and the overall image of the company. Ensure that all pages adhere to ADA compliance principles and recommendations. Collaborate with the Web Content Strategy team to develop effective user designs that promote Insight’s brand identity, specifically through our solutions, partner brand pages, and campaign landing pages. Work with subject matter experts and content developers to create and maintain strategic areas of the website. Create interactive designs that result in engaging and memorable user experiences. Oversee design projects from conception through production. Monitor emerging trends in interactive technologies, content, design, and marketing tactics. Implement innovative and appropriate technologies as part of the overall interactive strategy. What we’re looking for Fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript     Understanding of responsive design principles     Basic understanding of UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) principles     Familiarity with design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Content management systems)     What you can expect We’re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
