Job Description
Warehouse in the Port of Catoosa looking for warehouse workers with shipping and receiving experience and who also has 1 year experience driving a forklift and 2+ years experience in a warehouse facility.
Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Load and materials from trucks with care using a forklift.
- Inputting work orders/invoices into the computer by hand- no scanning equipment
- Will be driving a regular truck from time to time to stock customers and deliver inventory.
- Lifting up to 50lbs
- Parts : Standard fasteners, clamps, nuts and bolts, kitting and assemblies, fittings, gas springs, gaskets, hinges, etc.
- Engage in picking and packing orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy in quantities and product selection.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to warehouse management system protocols.
- Must have computer experience.
Qualifications
- 1 year forklift experience
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
- Familiarity with materials handling techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment. .
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
