Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist with travel reservations, itinerary changes, and bookings (flights, hotels, car rentals, vacation packages)

  • Explain travel policies, procedures, and current promotions

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally

  • Manage escalations with care to ensure customer satisfaction
