Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist with travel reservations, itinerary changes, and bookings (flights, hotels, car rentals, vacation packages)

  • Explain travel policies, procedures, and current promotions

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally

  • Manage escalations with care to ensure customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Access to a reliable internet connection, laptop, and smartphone

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Eagerness to learn—no prior travel industry experience required (training provided)

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality
