Connexa Search is looking for an Executive Assistant for a Family Office Founder. This role is 100% onsite, located in Miami, FL. 

• Executive Partnership: Serve as the trusted right hand to a UHNW principal, managing strategy execution, decision flow, and cross-functional coordination across business and household.
• Operational Oversight: Direct daily operations of multiple residences and large-scale projects with an emphasis on service mindset.
• High-Level Logistics & Communication: Orchestrate complex international travel, events, and correspondence while ensuring flawless execution and polished representation of the principal’s interests. The principal's clientele are also high net worth individuals, so professional communication is key..
• Confidential Leadership: Anticipate needs, safeguard sensitive information, and sustain seamless organization across personal and professional priorities.
• Cultural Fit: The Executive Assistant needs to have the upmost confidentiality and understand they are a representation of the office.
