About The Role We’re looking for an operationally minded, results driven SVP, Finance & Operations to help scale Suite through its next phase of growth. This role blends strategic finance, legal, people, and operational leadership—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and wants to help shape the structure and future of a category-defining company.
This role will oversee all aspects of Finance, Legal, People, and Operations, leading a small but mighty team and partnering closely with the CEO and executive leadership. You’ll refine the company’s operating model, guide fundraising and M&A strategy, ensure financial rigor, and build the foundation for sustainable growth across the internal workings of the company. You’ll move fluidly between rolling up your sleeves to solve problems and steering the course of the company.
Your Day-to-Day - Financial Leadership & Corporate Development:
- Oversee FP&A/strategic finance, accounting, and cash management with a strong focus on forecasting and scenario planning.
- Align financial planning with company goals and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with external partners and our outsourced legal team to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and strong financial controls.
- Drive strategic deal structure across various partnerships, leveraging your financial and legal acumen.
- Operational Excellence:
- Lead systems and process design to scale Suite’s financial and operational infrastructure.
- Own business intelligence, data and insights to drive business decisions and equip all teams with the insight and visibility they need.
- Scale the people/talent/recruiting team to evolve with Suite’s growth.
- Leadership:
- Manage and grow a cross-functional team across Finance, Analytics, Operations, and People/HR.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization, stitching together the moving pieces to orchestrate a well functioning team.
Who You Are - 15+ years of experience in finance and operations, ideally within SaaS and high-growth environments.
- Deep background in M&A, fundraising, and financial deal structuring—you’re as comfortable in a data room as in a board meeting.
- Strong understanding of legal frameworks, compliance, and corporate governance.
- Corporate Development a strong plus.
- Hands on experience at some point as an analyst / deep in data modeling.
- Experience in seeing / scaling Go to Market teams is a plus.
- Track record of building high-performing finance and ops teams and implementing scalable systems.
- Highly analytical, disciplined, and strategic—able to balance precision with speed in an early-stage environment.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally and influence at all levels.
- Local to Boulder/Denver or willing to relocate.
