SUPERINTENDENT - HIGHWAY ASPHALT

Looking for an EXPERIENCED SUPERINTENDENT with Heavy Highway, Grading, etc... experience. This is an excellent opportunity to get "in" with a top-notch, WELL ESTABLISHED, growing construction organization, with great growth potential.

Qualifications:

* BS Civil Engineering or Construction Mgmt preferred or equivalent experience
* 5+yrs Prior Project Management within Heavy Highway Asphalt Experience
* Familiar with grading, paving (asphalt and concrete), and all other highway construction scopes
* Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
* Project fiscal responsibility
* Shown ability to work with all federal, state, and local governments
* Strong prioritization, organizational and detail oriented skill set needed
* Some travel may be required
