About Us:
We are a high-traffic, customer-focused 24-hour gas station committed to providing fast, friendly service and a safe, clean environment. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Gas Station Manager to lead our team, ensure smooth daily operations, and help grow our business.
Duties :
· Oversee all daily operations, including fuel and convenience store sales
· Manage, train, and schedule staff to ensure efficient shift coverage
· Maintain high standards of customer service and store cleanliness
· A Trustworthy individual to handle cash deposits, financial records, and has knowledge on basic bookkeeping
· Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
· Troubleshoot issues with fuel pumps, point-of-sale systems, and facilities
· Implement promotions and marketing efforts to drive sales
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of retail or gas station management experience
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
· Ability to work flexible hours and handle physical demands
· High school diploma or equivalent
