Bathwise is a quickly-growing brand in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We are expanding our Dallas team and seeking a driven, energetic Special Event Coordinator to help us connect with homeowners across the region. Our mission is simple: to beautify bathrooms across North America with attractive, durable, and maintenance-free bath remodeling solutions—ultimately enriching the lives of the customers we serve.
The Special Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing high-impact consumer events and shows throughout the Dallas area. This role plays a major part in driving brand awareness and generating in-home design consultation appointments. Research, identify, and secure consumer events, home shows, fairs, and local marketing opportunities within the Dallas/Fort Worth market
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
Build and maintain an annual event and show calendar
Recruit, hire, train, and manage event demonstrators/brand ambassadors
Schedule demonstrators for event coverage
Coordinate all booth logistics, including setup and teardown
Engage with event attendees to schedule Free In-Home Design Consultations
Collect and manage contest entries and follow up to convert leads into appointments
Track event performance and report results regularly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, outgoing, and engaging personality
Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities
Ability to coach, train, and motivate team members
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Willingness to work weekends (required)
$1000–$1500 per week plus commissions
This role includes competitive weekly pay and attractive commission opportunities based on event performance and appointment results.
