As a Special Assignment Security Guard, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our venue, staff, and guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a safe environment by monitoring the premises and addressing potential security risks.
- Providing a professional presence to deter disruptive behavior and ensure guests feel secure.
- Responding to incidents swiftly and effectively, including de-escalating conflicts and managing emergencies.
- Collaborating with team members to enforce venue policies and procedures.
- Conducting routine inspections of the property to identify and resolve potential hazards.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in security or a related field.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
