Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of embedded systems across subsystem and system levels.
• Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety-critical standards and industry regulations.
• Document and communicate test results effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and improve testing processes.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing, preferably in embedded systems.
• Proficient in creating and executing test plans and documenting results.
• Experience with system-level and subsystem-level testing.
• Solid understanding of embedded systems and Linux environments.
• Ability to follow existing test plans and create new ones with clear, detailed instructions.
• Strong communication skills for presenting results and participating in customer reviews.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with IBM DOORS and Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM).
• Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience with automation is a plus, though not required.
