Social Media ManagerLocation: Primarily remote but must be based in NYC for occasional on-site content captureTime Commitment: Planning for 8 hrs/month per client - starting with 1 client then growingYears' of Experience: 2 years minimumRate Range: $35-$38 per hourStart Date: ASAPJob DescriptionOur client, a boutique social media marketing agency, is seeking a Social Media Manager to support a growing portfolio of multifamily real estate clients in New York City. This is a great opportunity for a creative, organized, and self-motivated social media professional looking for flexible, part-time work with room to grow.You'll start with 1-2 clients (approximately 8 hours/month per client), with the potential to expand your workload based on performance and availability.Outside of social media management and content creation, we are looking for someone who has experience working with and managing clients directly. This could be from prior freelance experience or in an agency setting.What You'll DoVisit client properties to capture on-site content (photos, videos, etc.)Lead monthly planning calls and manage ongoing client communicationCreate monthly content calendars and write engaging, on-brand captionsCollaborate with the creative team to direct visual assets (graphics, videos)Own the content planning and execution process from strategy to schedulingIncorporate client feedback and ensure timely delivery of all contentWhat You'll Create8-12 social media posts per client, per monthOne-sheet content plans for client review and approvalWho You'll Work WithInternal account leads to help guide strategyA dedicated creative team member for visual contentDirect client contacts for planning, feedback, and approvalsWho You AreBased in NYC and available for occasional on-site visitsExperienced in managing social media accounts for brands or agenciesComfortable leading client communication and monthly meetingsSkilled in writing, planning, and executing social contentOrganized, efficient, and able to manage multiple accounts independentlyLooking forward to hearing from you!In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
