About Us : At Passerine, we are excited to bring a high-level Indian dining experience to NYC. Opening at the end of October, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional food and service, inspired by the Michelin-starred vision of our talented Chef Chetan, who earned accolades in DC last year. Our goal is to create a memorable dining experience that reflects the rich flavors and traditions of Indian cuisine while aiming for a Michelin star in our new home.

Are you passionate about providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a dedicated Server Assistant to join our team at Passerine. In this role, you’ll support our servers and contribute to a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist servers in providing exceptional customer service.
• Help with setting and clearing tables, ensuring a clean and organized dining area.
• Refill drinks and assist with food delivery as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area.
• Assist with menu knowledge and answer guest inquiries.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Michelin restaurant or Fine Dining setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
