Armison Tech is a minority owned small business located in the Northern Virginia area. The company was established in 2012 and serves a broad range of clients who operate in both the public and private sectors.

Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced:

Security Analyst - Senior
Location: Chantilly, VA (on-site client environment)
Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
Compensation: Competitive, Excellent Benefits

Only applicants with the active required security clearance and are U.S. Citizens will be reviewed.

The appropriate candidate should have experience with the following:

• Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Familiar with Layer 2 and 3 network communication models.
• Deep understanding of computer networks, and network communications (Layers 3 and 4, IP, TCP, UDP).
• Experience with data science, and a natural curiosity for technical problem solving.
• Strong experience using analysis of netflow and PCAP traffic, to include understanding norms and finding anomalous activity.
• Ability to parse large amounts of netflow or PCAP data.
• Deep expertise in structured data analysis, as well as experience in ETL/data engineering and data ingestion pipelines.
• Experience writing code to conduct and/or automate the analysis of large and complex data; proficiency in Python, or similar languages.
• A deep understanding of cybersecurity, threat detection processes, and commitment to researching and understanding the latest tradecraft in the cybersecurity realm.
