Senior Alfresco Developer contract opportunity with our Culver City, CA client.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Alfresco Developer to support and enhance enterprise-level Alfresco platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and developing Alfresco-based solutions, with strong Java, Spring, and web services expertise. This role requires working onsite with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development and support of Alfresco and Alfresco Share platforms
• Design and implement custom solutions using Alfrescos object model, taxonomy, search, security, and workflows
• Develop integrations and components using Java, Spring, REST, and J2EE technologies
• Create prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions for enterprise content and document management
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Alfresco applications
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software projects
• Collaborate with Agile teams and contribute to all phases of the SDLC

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of software development experience
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on Alfresco development experience
• Strong background in Alfresco and Alfresco Share
• Expertise in Java, Spring Framework, RESTful web services
• Experience with AWS in relation to Alfresco deployments
• Proficiency in Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with Tomcat server
• Knowledge of Spring Boot and SOLR
• Familiarity with ECM system implementations and Agile methodology
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Proven ability to deliver medium to large-scale Alfresco projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Alfresco certifications
• Experience with records management and BPM solutions
• Exposure to enterprise integration patterns

Compensation: $60-70 an hour
