Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Secret cleared Network Engineer who has a solid background in Software Defined networking (SD WAN) to support a federal client of ours in San Diego, California. This individual will be read into a Top-Secret clearance. The main task at hand is replacing the Navys ADNS with SD WAN. The day-to-day includes: - Design and implement software-defined networking solutions. - Perform systems engineering services in all phases of a project life cycle. - Develop and maintain technical system documentation related to system configuration, troubleshooting, and traceability - Provide technical leadership within a team of both government and industry in the planning, investigation, design, and implementation of physical and logical WAN routing and networking solutions. - Develop SDN solutions across software and hardware to solve problems and implement enhancements.
