Our Client is seeking a 1:1 School Nurse (LPN) to provide services in the Atlanta area for the 2024/25 School Year.

HOURS
* Monday-Friday during school hours

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* One on One Nurse assigned to a medically fragile child during school hours, including transportation to and from school
* Care for medical needs of child throughout the day
* Monitor any changes in student's status
* Complete thorough nursing notes
* Transporation of student to and from residence via School Van

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Active GA LPN or RN license
* Minimum of one (1) year LPN experience
* CPR certification
* Current TB Test
* Pediatric experience
* At least 1 year experience with Trach's and vents
