**Job Title: Repair Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Repair Technician to join our technical service team. This role is essential for maintaining and repairing measurement equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service excellence. **Responsibilities** + Communicate with customers regarding issues and the status of service jobs. + Perform mechanical services and repairs on measurement equipment. + Conduct factory warranty repairs on measurement equipment. + Provide software updates and support. + Update documentation and records for service jobs. + Perform office maintenance tasks. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in mechanical repairs and services. + Experience with hand tools and troubleshooting. + Ability to assemble small parts and perform fine motor tasks. + Knowledge of electronics and soldering. + Blueprint reading skills. + Strong customer service abilities. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Basic computer skills, including email, web browsers, and accounting software. + Excellent communication skills. + Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values technical excellence and customer satisfaction. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
