You arrive on-site in Pensacola, review your CMMS schedule, and set out to keep critical manufacturing, utility, and R&D lab equipment running at peak performance. You coordinate with the Maintenance Manager, align with teammates, and knock out scheduled preventive tasks before small issues turn into downtime. That9s a typical day as our Reliability & Preventive Maintenance Technician.

The role

This position reports to the Maintenance Manager , sits within the Maintenance department , and is based on-site in Pensacola, FL .

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance across manufacturing equipment, utilities, and R&D lab instruments.
• Complete minor component repairs while rigorously following safety practices.
• Partner with maintenance teammates to boost equipment effectiveness and overall production uptime.

What you bring

• High school diploma and 1+ year of maintenance experience.
• Hands-on skill with power tools, hand tools, and CMMS software.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, motors, gearboxes, bushings, bearings, chains, conveyors, and related mechanical assemblies.

Physical and environmental expectations

• Lift, move, and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Stand, squat, and reach for extended periods.

Bonus capabilities

• Accurate documentation of work performed in a CMMS or other maintenance management system.

Proficiencies that will set you up for success

• Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans
• Preventive Maintenance & Inspection
• Electrical Troubleshooting
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
