Radiation Therapy Technologist

Location: Watertown, NY

Schedule: Full-time, Day shift (Monday–Friday, 40 hours)

Compensation: $95K - $117K + $10,000 sign-on bonus (with two-year commitment)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiation Therapy Technologist to join a collaborative healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality radiation oncology services while prioritizing patient safety, comfort, and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of radiation oncology therapy procedures while ensuring adherence to patient safety protocols.
• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, supporting their imaging and therapy needs with professionalism and care.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and departmental standards.

Qualifications:

• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (required).
• Current BLS certification (required).
• Minimum of one year of prior experience in radiation therapy (strongly preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
