The Role

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Salary: $1,000 – $1,400 USD per month (depending on experience)

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a meticulous and experienced Proofreader to ensure our content meets the highest editorial standards. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for grammar, consistency, and clarity, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review and proofread articles, emails, and marketing content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and voice across all content
• Fact-check basic information to maintain content accuracy
• Collaborate with writers and editors to improve clarity and readability
• Maintain and update our internal style guide as needed
• Deliver polished content on tight deadlines

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

• Exceptional command of written English and grammar rules
• Proven experience in proofreading, editing, or content quality assurance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus
• Comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Grammarly, and content management systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
