Project Manager Roadway Design

Currently seeking a Project Manager for our Alternative Delivery team in Tennessee.  As a Project Manager in our Alternative Delivery division you will have the opportunity to develop and lead a team of professional engineers in support of our current and future clients.

Essential Functions: 

• Serve as a hands-on, project based, Design Manager for Tennessee Transportation Alternative Delivery projects providing project leadership, technical expertise, budget management, and design production oversight.
• Provide innovative solutions to alternative delivery projects
• Maintain strong relationships with potential teaming partners (TDOT, contractors, engineers, subconsultants).

Required Education, Skills and Experience: 

• Fifteen (15) + years of experience in engineering services with progressive responsibilities including engineering, design, project management and client delivery
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field   
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) License in Tennessee

• Project Management (PMP) or Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) certification    
• Serve as a Project Manager on projects valued at $100 Million or greater in construction
