Job Description:
Supporting the B2B Intermediaries Group by managing operational tasks related to compliance and communication workflows.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Mark up and generate PDFs containing investment income data.
Facilitate the execution and delivery of compliance notifications.
Manage audience lists and ensure accurate document distribution.
Work within strict timeframes to meet deadlines.
Support project and traffic coordination efforts.
Prioritize and reprioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
3 years of experience in an operational role within a project/traffic management function.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience coordinating cross-functionally.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and a quick learner with strong time management skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience working in financial services or compliance-heavy environments.
Familiarity with document management systems.
