Program: Project Development and Maintenance
Overviewseeking a Full Stack Java Developer to support its Project Development and Maintenance programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java-based application development with hands-on exposure to front-end technologies and responsive UI/UX design.
This position requires working closely with the project manager, application owner, and resource manager in an Agile environment to design, develop, test, and deploy robust software solutions.
The role demands excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, along with a proactive and fast-learning mindset.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, business analysts, and UI/UX designers.
Develop, test, and deploy full-stack solutions using Java and modern frameworks.
Design and implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies - sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain applications across development and production environments.
Java Development: 3+ years using IDEs like Eclipse or JBoss Developer Studio.
Front-End Development: 2+ years with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Spring Framework: 2+ years (Spring Boot, Spring Data, etc.).
ORM Tools: 2+ years with JPA or Hibernate.
Agile Environment: 2+ years of experience as part of an Agile team.
Database: 2+ years with Oracle 12C or 19C.
Front-End Libraries: 2+ years with Bootstrap, DataTables, jQuery, and jQuery UI.
React.js: 2 years.
JBoss Enterprise Environment: 2 years.
SQL / PL-SQL: 2 years.
Testing & Logging: Experience with Log4j, JUnit, and Tiles.
Reporting Tools: Jasper Reports, Crystal Reports, or Business Objects.
UI/UX Design Principles: 1 year.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile setup.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and delivery timelines.
