Job Title: Program Manager Job Description Coordinate project tasks and engineering milestones to ensure deadlines are met within the agreed timeframe and budget. Manage project tasks for development projects, excluding build-to-print and contract manufacturing aspects of the business. Lead and coordinate technical scope with software, firmware, and electrical engineers. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, adhering to quality standards and procedures. Essential Skills + 5+ years experience in project management for development or R&D projects. + Experience within the Aerospace and Defense + Experience leading projects with technical scope. + Experience partnering with software, firmware, and electrical engineers. + Experience managing budget and schedule timelines. + Experience in customer communication. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Preferred experience with government programs in space and defense. + Experience in program management, project engineering, and matrix leadership. + Knowledge of AS9100, cost management, and budget management. Work Environment This position is based in a small site with office, assembly, and lab areas located in a modest office building within a small business park. The company is a space avionics and sensor systems enterprise with a customer base in commercial, space, and defense markets. The work revolves around the total success of missions, developing, manufacturing, and testing video systems integrated into satellites, rockets, and spacecrafts. The company has been key in all major space missions, including the Space Shuttle, the International Space Station, and NASA's Artemis program. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
