OVERVIEW:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor within the food manufacturing sector
- Leading a team of approximately 50-80 workers
- Report & maintain standard work and processes.
- Provide overall direction and development for plant production
- Must have excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational, motivational
- Assure Health & Safety & proper environmental practices are followed within department
