Job Description

Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Mattoon, IL
Shift: 3rd Shift – 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday
Pay: $28.85/hr

Responsibilities

Supervise bakery production lines to ensure safe, efficient operations and quality output.
Lead, train, and support production associates on assigned lines.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, and HACCP standards.
Monitor product quality and make process adjustments as needed.
Coordinate staffing and work with maintenance, sanitation, and shipping teams.
Maintain accurate production and safety records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, overnight production environment.
