Production Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow in a designated area. This dynamic leader will engage, guide, and develop team members to achieve organizational goals while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach a motivated team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Prioritize safety by maintaining a clean and secure workplace.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement activities to meet departmental objectives.
Uphold quality standards and support organizational benchmarks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Manage staffing through recruitment, selection, orientation, and training of employees.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Commitment to continuous improvement, with experience in lean manufacturing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Epicor) is advantageous.
