Your role as ​an Intern​ in the ​Energy​ Business Unit, will help us make the connections that move the world forward by: - Help the global product management team grow our business worldwide  - Work with our Global Product Managers to develop strategy and launch various initiatives - Work with each TE Energy function to launch products that meet our business objectives  **Responsibilities** At TE Connectivity, you'll be part of a global collaborative culture where your innovative approach and actions have the potential to transform the world of tomorrow. In this role you'll: - Support the global functions in launching products and meeting our product deadlines  - Work on the 5-year growth strategy across many global products to make sure we are growing market share, revenue and profitability  - Improve our processes through digital and cross-functional means  **You're the kind of person we are looking for if you:** - Have earned a high school diploma or GED - Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a ​BA/BS or MA/MS​ Degree in ​Electrical & Computer Engineering​, ​Business Administration​ or ​Industrial & Systems Engineering​ from an accredited college or university-or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered). - Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project - Are authorized to work in the U.S. **I&D** TE Connectivity and its affiliates are equal employment opportunity employers.
