Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and mission-driven Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, support clinical and administrative staff, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is passionate about improving healthcare access and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee front and back office operations, including scheduling, billing, and patient flow
- Supervise and support administrative and clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
- Manage vendor relationships, supply ordering, and facility needs
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with leadership to support strategic goals and growth initiatives
- Maintain a positive, patient-first culture across the practice

Requirements

- Associate or Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in medical office management or healthcare operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of billing, coding, and insurance processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a primary care or outpatient setting
- Familiarity with NCTracks or Medicaid billing systems
- Certification in Practice Management or Healthcare Administration (e.g., CMOM, CPM)
