Job Description
We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft CRM Developer to join a growing team supporting a legacy application slated for sunset over the next two years. This role will focus on production support, application enhancements, and security updates, while collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams in a Scrum environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing production support and troubleshoot application issues.
Implement client-requested enhancements and security changes.
Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures from scratch.
Collaborate with offshore teams to replicate and resolve issues in lower environments.
Participate in daily Scrum meetings to report progress and identify roadblocks.
Support release and post-release activities, including after-hours coverage as needed.
Engage directly with users, stakeholders, and IT leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.
Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and enhance team performance.
Document, test, and implement application changes in accordance with best practices.
Research and recommend efficient, cost-effective solutions for application development.
